Arisha Smith, an innovator in data science, has designed growth strategies for businesses leveraging digital, social and mobile platforms for over twenty years. The multi-hyphenate is the founder and Managing Partner of the Idyllic Agency and also leads digital as Chief Digital Officer for the brand, Camille Rose. Arisha’s wealth of experience harnessing data across industries: retail, entertainment, ecommerce, automotive and consumer goods, serves her well to lead and operate at both companies.
Arisha’s early career highlights include working in the advertising technology space for AI audiences, crafting the first million-dollar online advertising infrastructure for the nationally syndicated Tom Joyner Morning Show in 2004; which set the foundation for Interactive One. From there she’s worked at several agencies leading digital strategy for entertainment and CPG brands such as Sony Pictures, NBC Universal, General Mills and Wal-Mart. Her own agency has led ecommerce for leading beauty brand, Camille Rose and consumer goods company, Del Real Foods for over seven years.
Arisha’s career spans a number of entertainment brands and technology corporations. She spent many of her early years driving millions of dollars in revenue through audience development and monetization at companies such as IAC, Reach Media, Vibe Media Holdings, and Soul Train. With larger entities, Arisha was a leader in digital strategy for Accenture and Microsoft Advertising.
With a passion for innovation, Arisha has a unique ability to create algorithms with her teams to synthesize existing data and enrich it to find new revenue opportunities for customers. Arisha leads omnichannel personalization via AI, as it is one of the sweet spots during her tenure at Artificial Intelligence data company, Streamlytics, Inc. Her team developed a suite of products that simplify extracting insights from raw, zero party data to drive revenue, build audiences and find new customers.
Arisha is a mother and a wife that balances her time between owning multiple businesses, serving her community and cherishing her household. As the mother of two amazing scholars, Legend and ConnorAce, she is engaged at their schools through the PTA board, communications committees and room mother. As a wife and business partner to her husband, Sean, Arisha and Idyllic Agency support the administrative and technology needs for Sandaga 813 and Whiskeys Dallas. During personal time, the family enjoys exploring new restaurants, entertaining friends and visiting many of Dallas’ beautiful outdoor parks.
Arisha Smith is a graduate of Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, Florida. During her time at FAMU, she earned a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science degree; and became a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
